What you will do
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, coordinating sales meetings, and updating customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and proposals.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide support to the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in the CRM system.
- Help and support the account managers during the proposals and RFP processes.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passionate about air transport industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a commercial role is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
- Passionate in Information Technology, Digitization and Digital Transformation, Telecom Industry
- Awareness of Airport / Airline industry is an added advantage.
- Must be eligible to work in the desired location without the need of VISA sponsorship.
