The Role:

Due to the significant demand for legal services we are seeking to grow our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who may be disillusioned with the traditional law firm model.

We are looking for Consultant solicitors to join our law firm for a change of pace, environment, and a unique work model. Serenity Law provides fantastic back-office support including our top IT infrastructure, in-house invoicing services, and assistance with marketing & business development meaning your time is freed up to do what you do best.

We are passionate that our solicitor consultants enjoy true flexibility, freedom, and control of working hours in addition to continual business support from a dedicated infrastructure meaning you don’t have to miss out on those life events you have previously not been able to be a part of.

With administrative and management tasks taken care of, you can devote your time to set financial goals and targets. Our robust support system and collaborative team culture will help you take your law career to the next level.

The Person:

· At least 5 years PQE experience as a Solicitor, Legal Counsel, RFL, REL

· An existing client base or the opportunity to develop one

· Comfortable with networking to obtain clients, able to build a book of business

· Entrepreneurial mindset

· Inclusive style of working & leadership

· Excellent communication skills – verbal & written

· Good understanding of technology & application in a virtual work setting

· Strong team-working skills

Practice areas:

• Employment, Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Commercial, Property Litigation.
• Consultants can work for the firm on a non-exclusive basis and fees are split for referrals from Serenity law and cross-referrals (fee split to be provided at interview).
• As a consultant solicitor, you will play a key role in developing the Serenity Law brand & growing the practice.
• As such you will be required to adhere to the values & internal policies of Serenity Law at all times, in addition to working within the SRA guidelines & regulations.

Key Expectations:

Support the building of Serenity Law’s brand through networking at relevant events, writing articles that can be published on Serenity Law website, and hosting webinars – all within the terms and conditions of Serenity Law's standards;
