Store Manager

Semichem is a value driven multi-product retailer with stores across Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North East of England. We have more than 80 stores located in both shopping centres and on traditional High Streets.

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic retail manager to join our Armagh store team as Store Manager.

A Store Manager role with semichem is about more than great management skills. You will lead and motivate your team to exceed targets, and the majority of your time will be spent on the shop floor, where you will have the most influence to drive sales and wow our Customers.

While our perfect candidates will have retail experience at management level ideally in variety retail, we would like to hear from anyone who has a real passion for retail and who can demonstrate that they:

· Are a proven people manager

· Have a passion for retail excellence, standards and customer service

· Have a good commercial understanding with proven track record of delivering KPIs and compliance

· Have the ambition to drive a team and store to a higher level of retailing

· Can think on their feet in a fast paced environment

· Have a flexible approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
