Role: Lodge Sales Advisor
Resort: Dylan Coastal Resort (Laugharne, South Wales) & Burn Coastal Retreat (Bude, North Cornwall)
Salary: £36,000 basic salary (+ uncapped commission)
Hours: 40 Hours (Full time) Including weekends & Bank Holidays – 5 days a week!
*Very achievable OTE of £120,000+*

Successful candidates must have at least x1 years previous Sales experience and will need to have plenty of passion and drive, we’ll provide you with all the tools you need to succeed!
What does the role involve?

Creating and following up on new and existing leads, ensuring the customer database is regularly updated

Generating leads using social media, local business partnerships and previous customer contacts
- Following a structured sales process, ensuring customers are given relevant, factual information to make a decision on purchasing that is right for them as well as the business
Who do we need?
- A multi-skilled and driven individual who ideally has a minimum of x1 years previous Sales experience (however this is NOT essential)
- A person who can provide excellent customer service and has great written and verbal communication skills
- An individual who understands the importance of attention to detail in ensuring that our 5 star standard of service is always delivered
- Someone who is computer literate and has a good understanding of Microsoft systems
- A person with the ability to effectively interact with guests, the team and management in a professional manner
- A team player who can also work independently
- An individual who is well presented and represents a high standard of competence at all times
- Someone with access to transport and the willingness to travel & cross-sell on resorts between Wales & Cornwall.
