About The Role

Role: IT Repair Engineer Level 1
Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent
Salary Package: £22,000 plus Large Company Benefits

- Diagnose and repair devices such as but not limited to, PC’s, Laptops, Printers, retail equipment etc.
- Providing contingency cover for the Inventory Controller, as and when required.
- Ability to repair devices at component level
- Supporting other departments as and when required
- Update relevant business systems to the required standards and in line with agreed processes
- General Interest in PC repair and maintenance activities
- Gain Accreditations to repair Tier1 Product repairs e.g. HP/Lenovo & Dell.
- Ability to gain SC clearance.
