This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding company. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and driven team player to work in the Scan Reception Sales Team, selling a wide range of IT products to existing and new clients.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch, Saturday on a rota basis 10:00 – 16:00.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Use up-selling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Satisfy customers’ needs and requests, responding to queries within a timely manner to deliver a positive customer experience
- Meet customer, team and company deadlines
- Increase product knowledge through personal research and ongoing internal training
- Manage and enforce best practice account management discipline
- Serve customers by helping them select products
- Responds to customers’ questions
- Alerts management of potential security issues
- Directs customers by escorting them to relevant products and demos
- Provides outstanding customer service
- Manages financial transactions
- Processes payments with necessary checks, cash, credit and debit cards
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise

- Must be comfortable interacting and engaging with all customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify opportunities and grow revenues
