Our nursery is located on Beaulieu Park’s sport playing field, in the heart of a vibrant estate. Our beautifully renovated setting has plenty to offer the children indoors and outdoors, we also have full use of the playing field alongside other places within our community, such as our local library, duck pond and park nearby.

Experience / Qualifications - What you could bring to the role:

• Full & Relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 3+).
• Previous experience building positive partnerships with families
• Great communication skills
• A sense of humour which allows you to see the silver lining of every situation and have fun each and every day.
• A team player with the ability to be flexible to the needs of the children and the team, with experience of leading a team.
• A passion for a play-based approach to children’s learning and development
• Commitment, patience, passion, and the desire to ensure all children achieve their full potential regardless of their starting point

Key Information:

• Standard working hours are 10 hours per day - Monday to Friday, around the current shift system.
• Flexible options include: 36 hours per week over 4 days / 45 hours per week over 5 days.
• Successful applicants will need to provide ‘right to work in the UK’ documentation and evidence of any qualifications essential to the role, undertake a DBS check and provide satisfactory references, prior to commencing employment with us.
