I am looking for a self employed cleaner to work part time. The job is cleaning to the communal areas of 3 sites of block of flats. 2 sites are fortnightly and one is weekly. Must be able to drive, Paying £13 per hour and amount of hours will depend on the site.
The works to be undertaken are:
Clean all communal areas including stairs, landing and front porch way..
Sweep floor
Damp, dust and polish dry all applicable areas.
Wipe clean all light switches.
Clean and dry polish to both sides all wooden doors.
Spot clean as appropriate all walls.
Remove any cobwebs.
