About this role

You will work with the whole team to learn about property and to grow your experience on your path to becoming a Chartered Surveyor and learning how to deliver property services to corporate occupier clients.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Inspections and site visits, disposals and acquisitions, lease and tenant management, lease renewals and rent reviews, valuations, property management, mapping, GIS and preparation of legal plans, property deeds and data management, property admin, client and Account Management and client meetings.

In the first instance you will be assisting the fee earners of the team, going on-site inspections, reviewing leases and recording all information, setting up clients on IT systems and much more. It’s an important role to have as it allows those fee earners to spend more time providing an excellent service to the clients.

As your apprenticeship progresses you will have the ability to prioritise and work with minimum supervision and eventually become a fee earner yourself contributing to the wider team.

You will meet and build working relationships with clients understanding their needs and earning their trust. You will need to be confident and communicate well with everyone you meet.

As you start to make your connections within Savills and other companies you also have the ability to develop new clients.
