By accurately inputting data you will accomplish seamless and smooth business administration of end to end Sales Deduction processes of CE business!
This role’s official reporting line is to Business Operation Manager – Consumer Electronics but has dotted lines to TVAV / DA/ Display Commercial Finance Managers.
This is an 8 month contract position.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Substantiate customer T&C into Samsung’s TCMS recording system by accurate data entry
- Summarise above data entry to excel and circulate to partners including Sales Team
- Check duplication of customer deals (e.g. Sell Out Allowance) when Sales Team raises deals approvals into Samsung’s new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Sales Deduction management system
- Collaborating closely with customers and Sales teams to ensure deals are properly accrued and communicated in timely manner with internal processes are followed
- Reporting of status of Sales Deduction budgets to partners
- Working with AR team to validate and process of customer claims received and management of account accruals
- Support Commercial Finance Managers with data requests
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Advanced skills in MS Excel - highly experienced with data sort, filter, pivots, charts, vlookup (there will be a test)
- High level of attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Well planned & organised
What does success look like?
High speed at work and good collaboration attitude are the pre-requisite for this role – you will be able to swiftly support the CE Business’s promotions to load the Sellout Allowance deal data onto the system and seal the deal in the very tight deadline, whilst maintaining professional interpersonal manner to the Business and partners.
