And right now, we are looking for in expert in product design, active in all stages of the product lifecycle, building products & experiences that leverage and / or complement the existing Saga ecosystem, as well as contributing the identification & build of new business vertical opportunities

You will be responsible for crafting the digital experience, working collaboratively with, and where required leading, multi-disciplined teams to deliver exceptional products and services to Saga customers

Main Responsibilities
  • All things design within the team.

  • Actively contributing to all stages of the product lifecycle.

  • Building products and experiences that leverage and / or complement the existing Saga ecosystem.

  • Contributing to the identification, design and implementation of new product verticals.

  • Using your experience in UX / UI design to ensure our journeys & designs are market leading, seamless and keep our customers coming back for more.

  • Translating brand strategy & language into customer first digital experiences.

  • Building prototypes to validate & test ideas.

  • Using qualitative data to drive design decisions & gap analysis.

  • Establishing & contributing to a working flexible design system

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

  • The ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic team, collaborating, whilst also contributing actively and autonomously

  • A solution-focussed sense of curiosity and passion for innovation and improvement

  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive new initiatives forward.

  • Project management and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines.

  • Ability to draw actionable insights, define action plans and follow execution through.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Proficient in UI / UX Design

  • Experience of using design tools including figma, sketch, miro, Adobe creative suite

  • Demonstrable of working within an agile delivery environment delivering at pace

  • Experience building greenfield products

  • Experience of using qualitative data

  • Experience in lean product management – testing, iterating and scaling initiatives

  • Managing multiple stakeholders, and clearly communicating in team meetings

  • Critical thinking and problem solving
