We are looking for a dedicated administrative assistant to support our team by performing various general office tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative and streamlines tasks to help move projects along quickly. The successful candidate will enjoy the benefit of working in a fast-paced environment.
Please make note: Excellent Polish and English mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and take messages from the tenants.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using a portal called Fixflo.
- Provide administrative support for managers with special projects.
- Prepare reports for managers.
- Answer questions from employees and handle general inquiries if needed.
- Gather information from callers, visitors, and other sources.
- Follow up on pending appointments.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,643.71-£26,116.19 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
