Outdoor Events Team Member

Set-up/Packdown:

During set up days we erect a large marquee, build display stands, merchandise clothing and dress the stand for trading. During packdown we apply a high energy approach to packing the lorry and dismantling the display stands and marquee.

Trading Days

These are busy days with early starts. Your goal is to maximise sales, essentially by selling the right products to our customers. We also keep the stand tidy so customers can make their own purchases.

Living Accommodation

Team Rydale show units have specially adapted living quarters, including bunks, showers and kitchenette living areas. If you've ever been in a horse lorry you'll know what we're talking about!

Pay

We pay a daily rate of £100 with the chance of a bonus for seasonaires. All food is included so there are no living expenses. This job is ideal if you want to save some money throughout the summer months!

Type Of Person

If you are; hardworking, a good team player, sales motivated, have exceptional stamina and don't mind the Great British weather you’ll be perfect!

Other Info

You’ll be away from a long weekend up to 10 days so make sure you haven't got any big commitments before you apply. Successful show team members will finish the season having enjoyed a busy summer, made new friends and visited prestigious venues all over the UK.

We are recruiting now for the start of May 2023. However we will continue to recruit all summer as our peak is the end of August to mid-September.

No experience necessary and full on tour training will be given.
