We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to an additional £3.00 per hour:
Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am = extra £1.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm = extra £2.00 per hour
Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am = extra £3.00 per hour!
We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.
On top of your salary you can earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).

If you do live out, we offer a Taxi Policy and contribute towards your taxi to and from work outside of the designated bus times Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday.
About the Role
- Mowing and maintaining all areas of the Estate to the high standards our golfers and guests expect.
- Aeration of greens, tees and fairways as planned.
- Maintain and look after any machinery used.
- Working 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including seasonal variation of hours and morning course preparation weekend work on a rota basis.
- Other grounds work around the estate when required.
About You
- Be able to motivate and lead within the team to achieve a high standard.
- Have fantastic inter personal skills with both peers and guests.
- Ambition to drive and develop themselves and others.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety relating to Golf Course operations.
- Although the job is primarily greenkeeping, candidate must be willing to undertake other Estate work as and when required.
- NVQ level 2 preferred but not necessary.
- PA1, PA2 and PA6, Chainsaw all desirable.
- Full UK clean driving license essential.
