Senior Care Assistant

RTC Resources Healthcare Agency have an exciting opportunity for experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants to work in a well-established Care Homes and Nursing homes.

We have ongoing work available to suit your availability. Shift times will vary from Long Days to Nights dependant on your availability. We are seeking a caring and compassionate individuals who enjoy interacting with the elderly and assisting them with their day to day lives.

We can offer you a competitive rate. starting from £13.50

Senior Healthcare Assistant job description:

· Updating residents charts and daily notes to keep track of their progress

· Doing residents medication

· Listening to residents and providing them with relevant feedback and support

· Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.

· Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed clothes.

· Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients.

· Accompany clients to medical appointments.

· Observe, monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.

· Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant you will need to hold the following requirements:

· At least 6 months UK experience within a care setting.

· Right to work in the UK

· Be able to provide x2 references covering the last 1 year’s employment.

· DBS In date

· Mandatory training

· BOTH COVID VACCINATIONS
