We’re looking for self-motivated, analytical, and curious Graduates who thrive on problem solving and want to support innovative solutions for our business and customers. We have exciting opportunities in several of our UK pricing teams which cover personal lines of insurance such as motor, home, pet and risk.


You will develop and maintain pricing models, conduct analysis and identify improvements to contribute to business development and change activities, alongside providing data modelling and analytical support to enable decision making and performance management.

Responsibilities

We’re more than just a corporate culture - and this is more than just a job. Working alongside experienced members of the team, we will support you to:
  • Gather, validate, and analyse information to support actuarial activities
  • Create and maintain risk and pricing models to predict future trends and drive improved decision making.
  • Prepare reports and other analytical information sources to support the team and performance profile
  • Test new advances in data management, analysis, and manipulation
  • Work in close partnership with product teams and partners to deliver trading performance in line with agreed strategy & targets

The Individual

We want your capability, logic, and ambition to shine through. If you have a zest for learning and a willingness to invest time to become an insurance professional, then that’s a real advantage.

You will need to be a graduate with at least a 2.2 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a Mathematical foundation subject such as Finance, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics or Maths.

The best attributes to have for this role are:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • The resilience to succeed in a busy environment and use independent thinking
  • The ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
