We are looking for an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our existing team of qualified staff to help deliver a first class compassionate service to the residents of our dual registered nursing home.
Based in Twickenham we are an established home, owned and operated by a well-respected and singularly unique charity.
Candidates must have care home experience, good communication skills, be confident with liaising at all levels, have excellent spoken and written English and demonstrate a genuine interest in the compassionate care of the elderly.
What we are looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Care home experience as a health care assistant
- Empathy and compassion
- Good knowledge of the care sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Genuine desire to make a difference
- Warm, friendly, positive demeanour and an open-minded attitude
