Reports to: Nature Recovery Team Manager
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Contract/Hours: Full Time, Permanent
Based at: Elm Tree Court, Devizes with travel across Wiltshire and the wider Bristol Avon Catchment area.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. You will have the drive and enthusiasm to identify opportunities to deliver nature recovery projects through new approaches. There will be a need for strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and work closely with the Local Authorities, statutory bodies and developers. You will also need to be able to communicate and build a rapport with farmers and land owners, supporting the development and implementation of chargeable land management and ecological services within the Trust. You will need to have a good understanding of the principles behind environmental credit and offsetting schemes, and ideally environmental and agricultural policy and nature based solutions.
