The Position
Do you have a passion for fine food and wine? Are you ready to enter a new role in five-star luxury service? Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as a Waiter/Waitress in our Charlie's Restaurant at Brown's.
As Waiter/Waitress, you will join our team of outstanding floor staff to deliver flawless service in a world-leading luxury hotel restaurant, assisting the Chef De Rang and Head Waiter in meeting the high expectations of our discerning guests and diners.
Working alongside the amazing team lead by Restaurant Manager, Gianluca Sebis and hospitality legend Jesus Adoro, you will deliver consistently flawless service for diners, ensuring that our restaurant always exceeds their expectations. Eager to learn, you will be a confident and adaptable individual able to thrive in a high-pressured fine dining environment. You will be exceptionally well presented and capable of making a warm first impression on our guests while delivering discrete, sensitive standards of service.
Your ability to work in a timely manner, efficient manner, learn quickly and enthusiastically and adhere to our exceptional standards will define your success in the role.
