Job Title : Maintenance Manger - Temp
Location : Bridgend
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £45000K-Annum payment)
- Assignment duration - ongoing temp
- Rate of pay/equivalent salary - £40,000 up to 45,000 PA
- Hours of work - 40hrs Per Week
- - Main duties/brief outline of job - Taking direct responsibility for the delivery, compliance, quality and safe working of all maintenance activities to a large portfolio of TfW stations, office buildings, depot, and train crew accommodation
- Professional Building Services Engineering Qualification or trade qualifications equivalent to a full term served apprenticeship and appropriate qualifications leading to the level of fully qualified tradesmen
- 5 years demonstrable management experience in a similar role
- SMSTS - 5-day course
- CSCS Managers Card Construction safety certification or,
- ECS Managers Card electrical certification scheme if electrical trade trained
- Solid understanding of general compliance requirements and its importance for delivery the of statutory and non-statutory PPM
