Sales/Retail Assistant

Reload Internet is a passport photo, print and copy store based in Paddington, London. We are now looking to hire an energetic cashier and customer server to join our great team. Responsibilities includes taking photos of our customers, printing documents for clients, and handline email and telephone enquiries to provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. We also offer Poster Printing and Visa Help services that you will be trained to handle.

We offer full company training and we will be there for you every step of the way making sure you are fully capable to handle our customers confidently.

We are looking to hire a full time member of staff that is available for 5 shifts a week to work on Monday to Thursday and one day on the weekend.

Responsibilities instore

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
• Collect payments
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• You must be able to operate a PC and have experience using MS word etc. If you can use Adobe Photoshop that is excellent, but not mandatory as we provide training.

Timings Available:

We are looking to hire a full time member of staff that is available for 5 shifts a week to work on Monday to Thursday and one day on the weekend. Shift timings available will range from 8am - 4pm or 11am to 7pm.

We are flexible and will be able to adjust timings and if you feel that you require more work than this we can offer more hours. The first step is applying.
