What's the role about?
As part of our Central London Head Office team, you'll be joining as our Receptionist who is responsible for meeting and greeting all our lovely visitors and be the first point of contact for our Head Office in Picton Place. You will also be providing valuable support to our Head Office and office management team.

- You'll be organised with strong time management skills
- Have great attention to detail with strong communication skills- both verbally and written
- Be reliable and focused
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Have previous administrative experience and strong customer service skills
- Be flexible, adaptable and open to change with a friendly, positive attitude
What you'll be doing
- Answering and directing all calls quickly and efficiently
- Greeting all visitors and guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
- Receiving and organising all incoming and outgoing mail for the office
- Managing all general orders; such as all stationary, provisions etc.
- Assisting the office management team with general office maintenance and call outs
- Responsible for communicating verbally and in writing between customers/visitors and relevant head office staff in relation to business updates and inquiries
