Sports Therapist

Regeneration Physiotherapy have an exciting opportunity for a therapist to join our team and work across our locations in Leeds.

We invite applications from Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation graduates, as well as Sports Massage Therapists.

The role will require the successful candidate(s) to deliver a large volume of soft tissue treatments across the working week, as well as rehabilitation sessions alongside our Physio team.

As a therapist within our team, you will work as an autonomous practitioner within the multidisciplinary team, assessing, treating, and managing your own patient caseload. How our therapists work:

We are open to both full and part time applicants who are prepared to work between our clinics in the following locations:

• Alwoodley (LS17 7AQ)
• Batley (WF17 0QD)
• Central Leeds (LS11 5QN)
• Pudsey (LS28 5NA)
• Seacroft (LS14 1NH)

The successful candidates will be confident in managing a mixed MSK caseload and would preferably have a strong background in delivering sports massage.

Remuneration range & benefits available:

• £20,000 salary
• Access to bonus schemes linked to meeting company KPIs
• Access to monthly face-face CPD (this is run on the first Tuesday of every month in our Leeds Central clinic)
• Admin time to manage your caseload and develop the business links for your clinics working in conjunction with our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Personal mentorship time with the SLT
• Use of gym facilities at Ultraflex Gym

Desirable requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Sports Massage Qualification
• Personal liability/insurance
• Enhanced CRB check
• Experience in sports/private practice would be a bonus
• Ability to commute between clinics
• Ability to work evenings and weekends (since this is when our greatest demand for appointments is)
