About the Role

Leading a Site Supply Team to ensure all loading, storage, rotation and receipt functions of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging, Waste, Raw Materials Ingredients, Colours and Flavours, and Pallet Stocks are undertaken to achieve the daily Site Supply plan and ensuring the Warehouse and Raw Materials Storage work environment is always audit ready. You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Area Manager and Front-Line Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.

As a Supply Team Leader your main tasks and duties will be:

• Returns process/FIFO ingredients/pallet rotation and cycle count processes and audits.
• Automation equipment, data and function to minimise impact on supply requirements or OEE performance.
• Customer service levels attainment.
• Auditing all monitoring systems required by the Company to ensure compliance with Company Policies/Procedures/Standards and identifying and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing non-conformance processes and corrective action activities to ensure compliance with Company Policies/Procedures/Standards.
• Competent at completing traceability exercises and supporting role in internal audit activities and new product trials.
• Motivate and manage people activities to meet team performance targets and required Company Standards. Identify development areas relating to skills, behaviours and competencies and implementing team development plans.
• Participation in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities including leading short interval control and root cause analysis assessments.
• Working as a key member of the Site Supply Leadership Team, demonstrating Company Values and flexibility to support other teams/departments where required.
• Leading the delivery of key performance indicators for the Factory linked to Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost Standards.
• Pro-actively identifying areas for continuous improvement within the production work environment/equipment/systems.
• Demonstrating a willingness to develop within the role to achieve Excellent Competency Levels.

Salary and Benefits

You will be paid £36,424.75 – this is inclusive of £29,112.72 (£13.33 per hour) base salary, shift allowance of £2572.75 and a temporary supplement of £4739.28 (£2.17 per hour) until Jan 2024. Your shift pattern will be 2 Days 2 Nights 4 on 4 off. In addition, you will have 2 x your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.
