The Marketing Manager Opportunity:
As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our management team. As the company continues to grow, we are looking to both improve the end experience for clients and for our team of VAs, as well as continue to grow the business through new sales and marketing activities.
This is an exciting creative opportunity with plenty of scope to work under your own direction and initiative. You’ll excel at managing other professionals (writers, developers, etc.) with an end project goal in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Building out and launching new marketing channels to increase the company’s website traffic and overall brand reputation
+ Generating regular reports for the company Directors on any ongoing activities..
+ Rolling out refreshed company branding
+ Creating and maintaining a clear set of company-wide guidelines, to maintain a more consistent voice across the business
+ Reviewing and improving all touch points, for clients and VAs
+ Coordinating the launch of a refreshed company website (ongoing) and careers mini site
+ Ongoing management of company SEO and advertising
+ Improving and maintaining email marketing (as well as SMS, webinars and other channels) aimed at new and existing clients, and VAs.
+ Planning and managing the company’s blog / content calendar and social media presence
+ Managing the building of personal brands and staff LinkedIn profiles
+ Planning the creation of new e-books, resources and other supporting materials
+ Managing company award entries, using an award agency or content writer where needed
+ Managing company certifications and accreditations.
+ Managing company PR and press releases. This will include working on one-off campaign ideas through the year.
About you:
+ Experience in a similar digital marketing management role
+ Demonstrated previous success in a similar role
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent teamwork skills
+ A naturally proactive, confident approach
+ A positive attitude and the ability to self-manage
Benefits package:
+ Energy bills stipend of £50 per month, of which £6 per week is tax deductible.
