Our client is a leading and privately-owned collection of diverse companies, which are all sector-leading in their fields, and very forward thinking. Grown organically over the last 50 years, the group has its roots in construction, mechanical, services, renewable technologies, heating, and plumbing; in recent years it has diversified into software development and internet of things, and the automotive industry.
It now has some of the UK’s most exciting automotive brands in-house, including automotive influencer MrJWW, and a collection of luxury automotive brands, including some of the most well-known worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be required to closely study and follow the brief for assigned projects to meet the client’s expectations
- Create marketing and sales collateral for group companies and external clients in both digital and print
- Generate drafts and mockups of proposed designs for the client to review and make revisions as requested
- Maintain visual standards and follow brand guidelines
- Maintain client communication from project start to finish
- Work with the production team to maximise impact of videography and photography
- Stay relevant by understanding the latest digital and print design trends
Essential skills
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software – namely, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (understanding of After Effects a bonus)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Be adaptable and willing to expand beyond current skillset to bring a job to completion
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work methodically, follow project plans, and meet deadlines
A Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a desirable but not essential.
