Recruit4staff are working alongside our prestigious client based in Bridgnorth, due to expansion they're looking to add a number of staff to their ever-growing team!
We have the following shift patterns available -
Days £10.75ph 6:45am - 16:30pm Mon to Thurs OR 8am - 4.30pm / 1pm Fri
12 hour Days £11.07ph rising to £11.29 after 12 weeks 6am-6pm Mon to Thurs
Lates £12.36ph rising to £12.90 after 12 weeks, 4:30pm-02:15am Mon to Thurs
12 hour Nights £12.90ph rising to £13.44ph after 12 weeks 4:30pm-4:30am Mon to Thurs
What we can offer you as a Production Operator:
- Factory tour (Tuesdays or Thursdays) followed by a brief chat with a Production Manager
- Due to a long term secure order book, permanent opportunities are available
- Regular Overtime opportunities, paid at PREMIUM rates which INCREASE after 12 weeks
- Previous automotive manufacturing experience not required as full training and support provided
- Roles are available withing assembly / moulding / machine operation and finishing
- Refer a Friend Scheme
- Weekly pay
What we are looking for in a Production Operator:
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- We are looking for staff who have previous experience working within production / manufacturing / warehousing or any other fast paced environments
- You MUST be able to get to BRIDGNORTH
- Some of the roles may involve heavy lifting - Manual handling training will be provided
