The Role…

We are now seeking a newly graduated Project Manager to join our ever-growing team based in Hamilton. Assisting the Project Managers in delivering day to day projects for our existing framework contracts for both DNO and private clients across the UK.

In detail the role includes:-

• Working as part of the Project Management team to achieve the overall objectives of the Profit Centre and Business Unit by driving high standards of safety, work and continuous improvement in process and quality of operations
• Develop relationships with existing clients and seeking out and developing new business opportunities
• Improve efficiency to increase project performance and profitability
• Assist with the management and control of sub-contractors i.e., builder works, joinery works, civil works, asbestos works, etc…

Who we want…

• The successful candidate will posses:-
• A degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering is essential and is keen to progress into a Project Management role
• Experience with DNO Authorisations would be advantageous but not essential
• Customer focused thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills for communication at all levels
• Sound technical knowledge, a positive safety culture and strong technical awareness
• Have good knowledge of the electrical engineering services industry and utility markets
• Demonstrates an understanding of managing projects and procedures to achieve right first time and customer satisfaction
