Overview of the job:
- Lead engineering of software solutions using: JavaScript, React.js (Redux, Saga, React-Router);
- Integrate front-end UX with back-end data and logic;
- Build RESTful web services and integrations;
- Write and perform unit and automated tests;
- Lead role in Agile Scrum planning, sprints and retrospectives;
- Take ownership in designing technical solutions and architecture;
- Lead the company’s technical product roadmap;
- Help to maintain a culture of consistent standards and quality.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Commercial experience as a team leader or senior software engineer
- Excellent commercial React.js experience including Redux Saga;
- Excellent backend data experience (ideally including NoSQL);
- Experience leading test driven development;
- Minimum 8 years software engineering experience;
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Salary, Benefits, Perks:
- Salary: £56,000 - £68,000 (subject to skills/experience);
