THE ROLE:
We have an amazing opportunity for a Finance Intern to join PZ Cussons Beauty Team. We are looking for an individual to support the Finance teams in the management and administration of the Trade Promotions process in SAP and the Business Planning process

Principle accountabilities :

SAP Trade Promotions Management

• Supporting Commercial Team in the creation of business case for promotions
• Set up of rebate agreements in SAP
• Central contact for Finance Shared Services for claims settlement process. This involves seeking appropriate sign off, matching invoice to promotion and referencing against the appropriate rebate agreement
• Support Finance Managers in month end accrual process
• Support Finance Managers in timely closing of rebate agreements

Business Planning

• Support the business planning process with monthly maintenance of forecast reports (CPM – Commercial Planning Meeting) & FCM (Forecast Consensus Meeting)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed:

• Ideally, the candidate will be studying for a business or finance related degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• Succinct, accurate and timely entry of data / creation of reports
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organization, administrative and time management skills
• Agile and flexible to adapt to a fast paced organization
• Willing to learn and develop
• Able to work cross functionally and build relationships

Requirements:

• The role will require four days a week in person in the Central London Office.
• You may on occasion need to work more (five days) in the office. Or attend out of hours events.
• The successful candidate would be able to commute to Central London or re-locate to the area.

At PZ Cussons Beauty, we work within a hybrid working model, there will be flexibility for you to work from home, however primarily your role will be office based. We work 8.45-5.30, 4 days a week Monday to Thursday. On a Friday we work a half day, wrapping up at 1.30.
