PSR Solutions are a UK Leading Construction Recruitment provider, and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Apprentice to join our MSP Recruitment Team.

Located at our London office, Barbican EC1A 4HY, just one minute away from Barbican Underground Station, we are perfectly located for any Recruitment Apprentice travelling from London and the surrounding areas.

The Team:

The PSR MSP Team are the working as the integrated recruitment partner with NGE Group in the UK, a leading international and multidisciplinary infrastructure construction company, specialising in the development and delivery of key infrastructure projects across the globe such as railway construction and systems, roads, tunnelling and fibre optic networks.

They have worked on a number of the UK's most prestigious Major Projects and Alliance Partnerships (including HS1, HS2, Crossrail and Optical Fibre Deployment).

You will be joining a highly experienced team with years of industry experience, a company that is a Platinum Awarded 'Investors in People' and the opportunity to work directly with and in collaboration with the Clients internal teams.

Main purpose of the Recruitment Apprentice:

The Recruitment Apprentice role is based around building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, attracting and developing a sustainable talent pipeline of highly skilled candidates, achieving agreed budgets and delivering the required level of services through competent recruitment skills.

Recruitment Apprentice roles and responsibilities:

• Conducting candidate generation activities, ensuring that the calibre of candidates within sector is consistently high and a strong pipeline of candidates for future work in maintained.
• Writing, posting and managing the responses to vacancies, utilising job boards and wider Social Media to attract the best talent.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, creating a shortlist of preferred candidates and arranging interviews.
• Administration to support the recruitment process, the onboarding of candidates to the PSR Solutions database and supporting them throughout the recruitment and compliance process.
• Maintaining and cultivating strong relationships with candidates, providing support and assistance to candidates after placement to ensure a positive work experience and identify further opportunities for the team.
• Assisting and supporting the recruitment, business and project specific marketing and social media campaigns, with support of our internal Marketing team.
• Developing an understanding of the end to end service process, working closely with support service colleagues to maintain high standards of efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ensure industry specific compliance and record keeping is delivered to the highest standards.
• Initial point of contact for general queries.
