Estate Agent

Properly are keen to speak toexperienced Estate Agents, from either a sales or lettings background, in relation to joining us as one of our self-employed partners. We have availability across London and the surrounding areas.

What we are looking for;

• Motivated property professionals that are looking to take the next step in their career and build their own business
• At least three years experience in either sale, lettings, or a combination of both
• A proven track record of self generating business

What we will provide

• A high rate of commission, up to 75% of transaction value
• Flexible working hours
• Help and support from a management team with over 40 years experience in the industry
• We will also provide the following, ensuring that all partners have very little initial outlay
• Portal access, currently Rightmove, Zoopla and On the market
• CRM account
• A Central London Office
• Photography and floor plans (cap applies)
• Monthly canvassing budget
• Client account
• Access to our Properly website
• In House property management

Salary: £50,000.00-£125,000.00 per year
