Position: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Leeds (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience

As Talent Coordinator, you will assist our Talent Managers with various stages of the recruitment process. This will include advertising vacancies, resourcing candidates, supporting with & arranging interviews, as well as administrative and project-based work. You will also help develop our online presence and improve brand awareness.

You will have the opportunity to support and contribute to an innovative, forward-thinking team who sits at the centre of Progeny’s business.

To be successful you’ll need to bring…

• Previous administrative experience, ideally gained within recruitment or HR setting (essential)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidence in dealing with people at all levels
• Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using professional social networks i.e., LinkedIn
• A self-starter who can manage prioritising demands and work on their own initiative
• Strong IT skills with experience using Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Effective time management and planning skills
