We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Order (Product) Coordinator to join our commercial team based in Watford.

As PO Coordinator, you will be part of the clothing merchandising team supporting them with efficient and accurate information between the PEP&CO teams in the United Kingdom and Poland.

You will be responsible for maintaining all content and information to support the ‘One Range’ implementation. You will also ensure our ability to manage all orders within the required timescales.

What will you be doing..

• Ensure the delivery of data supporting the purchase order creation process
• Track and report on any milestones ensuring all relevant communication to stakeholders
• Manage and structure the communication between all relevant stakeholders, direct suppliers and PGS
• Support the relationship between the planning and buying teams and be the point of contact for any trading, planning or purchasing queries
• Ensure all queries are managed in timely manner, and impact of the ‘One range’ implementation on Pepco Planning and Buying team is minimised
• Ensure all PO data is maintained and accurate to provide a successful delivery schedule
• Check Gold Seal samples are correct
• Report any issues and propose solutions
• Carry out analysis to support planning teams

What do you need?

• Previous admin /coordinator experience
• Experience working with purchasing systems
• Effective communication
• Must have experience with all Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of Oracle is desirable
• Experience of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
