We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join us on our mission to make Mental Healthcare affordable and accessible.

What you will be doing:

  • Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including, partner contracts (new and renewal), vendor agreements and other legal documents as may be required by the Operations department
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics related to the company’s operations
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to provide legal support as needed
  • Collaborate with external counsel to ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Assist in the management of all legal documentation, including organising and maintaining records, files and databases
  • Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting the workplace and provide guidance to stakeholders as required
  • Any other tasks as may be reasonably required

What you will need to succeed:

  • A degree in law or a relevant legal qualification
  • Knowledge of online and digital platforms
  • Knowledge of UK and international healthcare laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of UK and international laws and regulations related to corporate law and contracts
  • Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as a Paralegal
  • Knowledge of the telehealth industry
  • Experience working in a start-up
  • Experience working in the telehealth industry
  • Excellent drafting and writing skills, with an acute attention to detail
  • Results and detail orientated with a very hands-on approach
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with project management and organizational skills

Note: Candidates will be required to travel to the London office twice per month
