Plumb Factory are a Plumbers Merchant with multiple branches around the North West.
Within our branches at Horwich & Blackpool we have bathroom showrooms displaying some of the finest bathrooms products from around Europe. The position we currently have available is at our Horwich Branch.
We pride ourselves on the customer experience we provide, and our service is the key to our success.
We are looking for a creative hardworking individual with a strong desire for sales. It is essential that the individual has an eye for detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Producing bathroom designs and quotations.
- Meeting clients in our showroom
- Liaising with Developers/Architects/Interior Designers and end clients.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the design and sales process.
- Working with and listening to clients to exceed their expectations.
- Working to deadlines.
- Liaising with suppliers.
Desirable Experience:
- Good knowledge and/or keen interest in design and trends.
- Basic Computer skills are needed and training shall be provided on our software packages including Virtual World Design.
- Proven track record in sales roles would be great, but not essential

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: When competent dealing with customers a rewarding bonus scheme shall be introduced

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday initially – when confident dealing with customers, Saturdays 8-4pm shall be introduced with a day off during the week
