Scope:
Work with R&D/Engineering group in defining critical defect inspection step and support / lead defect reduction activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with R&D/Engineering group on new product development
- Develop new CIRCL recipe and optimisation of existing recipes to detect defect of interest
- Responsible for analysing new/unknown defects, OOC lots, Defect Pareto, Defect trends
- Update relevant documents and specifications as required and fan out to production/manufacturing
- Defect champion for defect reduction/yield improvement activities
- Establish best practice on Defect inspection procedure and sampling
- Guide junior engineers on Yield/Defect improvement activities
Key Skills/Experience required:
- Degree in Engineering with min 3 years of semiconductor experience
- Prior working knowledge on Defect scanning tool (CIRCL, KLA)
- Prior working knowledge on using Klarity software
- Familiar with Failure Analysis method (FIB, SEM, EDX)
- Able to create Klarity scheduler recipes

- Degree in Engineering with min 3 years of semiconductor experience
