Role
As a Pharmacy Facility Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring patient orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner. This role may be based in the following areas manual pick, goods in, labelling and checking, packing and replenishment.
- £10.00 per hour entry
- £10.25 upon completion of NVQ level 2
- £10.75 upon completion of accuracy checking assistant’s course
Responsibilities
- Working to strict KPI’s within a high-volume environment
- Accuracy in counting and mental maths
- Accuracy in picking and packing orders in the correct packing
- Dealing with out of stock, discrepancies and delayed orders
- Consolidating delivery notes and Purchase orders using the warehouse management system
- To unload goods upon arrival and to adhere to correct stock rotation procedure
- To ensure stock is correctly received
- Follow an understand complex instructions
- Use of touch screens and scanners
- Ensure environment is always clean and tidy
- Able to clearly and concisely feedback when required
- Manual handling or lifting may be required up to 15kg may be required depending on working area
- Willingness to take on a NVQ level 2 dispensary assistants’ course on completion of 3 months with the business if role dictates

- Proven ability to work both as part of a bigger team and individually
- Ability to follow written instructions from a small screen
- A fast-paced environment so you should be in good physical condition
- Strong communication skills
- Display high level of accuracy in a targeted environment, delivering against tight deadlines
- Experience of working within company and ethical rules and regulations
- Experience of working in a highly accurate environment
