Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Peterson Law Associates Limited, established in 2013 in London, is an independently owned law associates company fully regulated and authorised by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). With approaching over 8 years’ experience in the UK immigration and specifically in the obtainment of investor visas, permanent residence and British citizenship. Peterson Law Associates Limited offers assistance and advice on specific immigration issues to high-end professionals in the UK.

Due to business development requirements, especially our needs to expand the territory and higher standard of client services. Peterson Law Associates Limited is now looking for a motivated candidate to fulfil the role of a Legal Executive. Peterson Law Associates Limited has built a strong team in the UK, since the legal market relating to immigration is growing, we intend to explore more clients with different backgrounds. In this case, the newly joint account manager shall help Peterson Law Associates build and maintain the relationship with our perspective clients.

Our London office is currently looking for a motivated Legal Executive to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

· Corresponding with the clients and explaining complex legal matters

· Complete various tasks in accordance with the UK Immigration Rules;

· Help the existing legal team to complete the daily work tasks;

· Researching information and preparing legal documents

· Able to detect and modify legal contracts and documents in English and other languages;

· Keeping up to date with changing legislation;

· Help the company to prepare corresponding documents and conduct data inquiries;

· Wrote relevant policy analysis articles for the company and clients;

· Managing quarterly business review process ensuring high customer satisfaction;

· Working effectively within a team to meet and exceed challenging targets;

· Dealing with legal matters related to UK Immigration Rules, like Visa Application and Immigration Consultation

Requirements

· Strong enthusiasm in legal industry and competent knowledge of UK Immigration Rules and other legal documents;

· We are welcome candidates graduated from every courses, however, they must hold at least a bachelor’s degree.

· Demonstrates advanced critical thinking abilities and English writing skills;

· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant office software;

· Organizational and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of statistical analysis software like SPSS, Nvivo, etc.;

· Excellent legal awareness;

· Professional interpersonal skills and anti-pressure ability;

· Being comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis;

· Excellent standard of written and spoken English;

· Ability to speak and write a second language is plus.

Educational Level / Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree is required, and degree in law is preferred;

• Awarded master’s degree is plus;

• The working experience in legal industry is plus;

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am-6.30pm, excluding bank holidays, with an unpaid lunch break every working day between 1pm and 2pm
