PETA Ltd are proud to be working with Serenity Holidays to support the recruitment and training of a new Digital Marketing Assistant Apprentice.
The successful applicant will join the busy marketing department in Fareham, to deliver marketing campaigns to help achieve goals across six holiday brands.

Training to be provided:
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will be studying towards a level three Digital Marketing apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is 18 months in length and will involve ongoing onsite training and mentoring from the team at Serenity Holidays, combined with 19 days of off the job training at the PETA training centre in Cosham.

What will my new role involve? Joining the team as a Digital Marketer you will learn how to:
- Create and manage all Google adverts
- Support the Digital Marketing Executive with PPC campaign activity and analytics
- Create and manage content through social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Engage with customers via social media platforms
- Support the SEO by creating engaging and relevant content for the website / create engaging emails to add to database
Other responsibilities involving digital performance and digital marketing activities
Essential Skills:
Essential Skills:
- Keen interest in travel
- Keen interest in, and regular user of social media
- Logical thinker with good analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity using Canva
- Ability to work with a range of internal and external people
- Maintain productive, professional and secure working environment
- English and maths GCSE (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent

Serenity Holidays is an independent, privately owned tour operator which was established in 1987 by husband-and-wife team Stephen and Sandra Wilde. Still owned by the couple, the company maintains its original principles of providing specialist holidays with a superior service, but at affordable prices.
