Role: Warden/Grounds Person - Accommodation provided
Location: Broadwater Holiday Park
Hours of Work: 8.00am - 5.00pm, 40 hours per week
Days Off: Thursday and Friday. On call Warden duties will be Sunday, Monday and every third Saturday. One late evening shift will be required each week 100.00am start, 7.00pm finish.
Salary: £11.01 per hour

You will support the Foreman and Park Manager in providing an outstanding out of hours service for our customers when rostered on nights of the week to help with late arrivals and any other out of hours duties that may arise whilst you are on call. You will work in a Grounds Maintenance role during the day and the undertaking of the Warden responsibilities out of hours determines the provision of on park accommodation -
** PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE **
What we need from you:
- Delivery of gas cylinders to caravans on the Park and the removal of the empty cylinders.
- Responsible for on-call phones and keys.
- Greeting late customer check-ins and issuing; keys, welcome packs and guiding customer to their pitch.
- Key point of contact to inform the Park Manager (and/or emergency services or other Wardens) of any incidents.
- Daily security checks on caravans, pump houses, spa’s, pools, water meter and persons causing trouble or trespassing.
- The removal of litter anywhere on the Park and keeping all dustbin pens as tidy
- To be knowledgeable of the site map including fire points and electric sub points, in order to be able to respond to customers promptly or direct emergency services.
Skills, experience and qualities you will need:
- Experience in a similar role
- Full preferably clean, driving license

Important Information
- Applicants must be able to produce right to work documentation.
- Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a basic DBS check and DVLA license check.
