The Opportunity

We have two excellent opportunities for Site Managers to start a brand new exclusive development of 47 traditional build high end houses and apartments in Bacton, Suffolk – close to Stowmarket, and another 80 unit traditional build high end residential scheme in Stowmarket.

These are brand new developments where the successful Site Manager will be on site from day one; including a blocks of low rise traditional build apartments, and houses ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms in a scenic location; with build designs to fit the local area, and landscaping.

What they are looking for

The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as No.1 on site either as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager; and be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.

Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes.

· Assistant Site Managers with a background in residential development and ready to step up to Site Manager and run their own development are welcome to apply
