Assistant Site Manager

The Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join an multi-award winning residential developer to work on a flagship 400 unit new build residential scheme in Peterborough, comprising of a mix of 2 to 5 bedroom traditional build houses, and multiple low rise apartment blocks – built over several phases, which will also include extensive infrastructure, community space, and landscaping.

What they are looking for

The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes supporting the lead Site Manager on site to deliver all aspects of the build process from groundworks through to structure, externals, and fit-out through to finishing and handover – able to drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.

Experience working on residential schemes for a Residential Developer or Main Contractor is essential for this role, whilst employment longevity is also preferred.
