Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Role summary
Pareto is currently looking for an Experienced FLT Driver to join us on a permanent full-time basis. This is a great opportunity with a role that has potential growth too.

The person needs to be a team player, who will always go above and beyond to achieve. They will always support the customer in every action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow and comply with all Health and Safety practices, policies, procedures and relevant Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Loading and unloading a wide range goods from small to very large or heavy
- Work is predominately outdoors, so must be comfortable to work in all weathers
- Waste management movements including hazardous waste consignments
- Safely loading and unloading a variety of vehicles (including customers) using a forklift with the aid of pallets, skids, or timbers
- Goods and materials loaded by you are checked for accuracy and quality. Loaded safely and securely onto the correct vehicle. Correct paperwork to be completed accurately and handed to office as soon as possible.
- Products are safely moved around the site to designated areas then stacked safely and securely
- Conducting Lifting plans
Responsibilities not limited to the above
Essential Key Skills:
- Must have a current valid counterbalance forklift licence for multiple weights
- Experience with Counterbalance forklift driving
- Must be well organised and methodical
- Full clean UK driving license
- Experience in conducting lifting plans
- Must be able to work unsupervised to a high quality
- Great communicator for both internal and external stakeholders
- Have a good eye for innovation and improvement of existing systems and processes
- Ability to learn fast and multitask
Additional Skills preferred:
- Experience with rough terrain
- IPAF or equivalent qualification
- Reach FLT experience
