Job Description
Distribution Officer - Driver Needed *Manual Van*:
- Handling and distribution of all stock under the Supply Chain service.
- Distribution into, out of, and within the central warehouse and depo of the Trusts sites.
- Driving and distributing to local acute hospitals and client's homes.
- Stock distribution includes Home Loans equipment, PPE and medical equipment.
- May also include other items including donations, uniform and clinical equipment.
Please note, full NHS vetting will be required for the role ahead of the start date, so swift communication with the vetting teams is essential.
The Successful Applicant
Distribution Officer - Driver Needed *Manual Van*:
- Clean driving licence - be able to drive manual van essential.
- Manual Handling - be able to handle lifting stock within the depot and on/off vehicles.
- Basic awareness of IT and IT skills.
- Be reliable and confident driving around Greater London.

A temporary, band 3, Distribution Officer role, with an NHS Trust in North East London. A clean driving licence is required and must be able to drive a manual van.
The role will include driving to and from various sites to distribute supplies for the NHS. The role will include manual handling and lifting stock.
The role is for an immediate start/1 weeks' notice, to the end of March 2023.
