Based in Westminster, our client, an international, UHNW entrepreneur is looking for a Personal Assistant to support him across all of his business endeavours both in investments and family office.
The role requires a strong PA who has worked at Chairman level in a family office environment. Someone who is used to operating at CEO/Chairman level and is well-versed in building and cultivating relationships.
Our client is looking for a polished ambassador, a Personal Assistant who can provide solutions and be that right hand.
Ideal candidate
- Minimum of 6 years supporting a CEO/Chairman within a family office/UHNW environment and currently working at this level
- Polished and can-do attitude
- Able to travel flexibly when needed
- Strong experience managing multiple diaries/travel/events across a variety of time-zones
- Degree educated
This is an exciting role for an incredibly talented PA to support a Chairman with numerous passions.
Please note: this role is 5 days in office. Hybrid working will unfortunately not be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £100,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Westminster: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
