Are you a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) with post qualification experience? Are you committed to the IAPT Step 2 model of care and are looking to develop your career in a low intensity service? A service that is committed to your ongoing professional development? If so, the Buckinghamshire Healthy Minds IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service has a great opportunity for you!

This role involves case managing a group of PWPs to ensure the quality of their work is maintained, facilitating clinical skills supervision groups, and supporting our team of trainee or qualified PWPs.

You will offer high volume evidence-based practice in Guided Self-help (Telephone, Digital or Face to Face) and contribute to the Psycho-educational Courses programme, working with people with common mental health problems. Our two main bases are centrally located within Aylesbury and High Wycombe, and we use additional clinic space around the county. Ability and willingness to travel for work purposes is essential.

Qualified PWPs are expected to comply with the national requirement effective from 10th June 2022, for PWP registration with the British Psychological Society (BPS) or the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
