The person right for this job will be/have:

- Confident at communicating over telephone, email and live chat
- An engaging individual with the ability to offer empathy with ease

- Can have worked from industry or come straight from university

This position is a blend of hybrid working - we currently work 2 days a week in our Manchester office, with the remainder of the week for you to choose to work at home or in our office.
