We are looking for a Fabric Engineer to cover a variety of building maintenance work tasks across Swindon and surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, e.g. plumbing, carpentry, and fabric-related repairs, maintenance, and installation
What you’ll do:
- Responsibility for fabric related PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames.
- Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include exterior works, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry related tasks
- External ground works maintenance duties
- To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
- To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits to Work
- Ensure that all equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria
- Ensure equipment and surrounding area conforms to agreed company standards
What you need:
- Recognised Trades Qualification in either plumbing or Carpentry
- Experience in a similar role.
- FM experience is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
