If you are too, let's talk.</p></div><p>We’re looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Sr. Product Marketing Specialist, EMEA</strong> with a foundation in core Product marketing (PMM) disciplines to drive regional go-to-market execution, product launches, positioning, and sales enablement across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This role is perfect for a strategic marketer with a passion for storytelling, market insights, and equipping sales teams with impactful content.</p> <p>Based in Munich, you will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to drive localised GTM impact by:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Translating Global Strategy to Local Reality:</strong> Adapting global product positioning, value frameworks, and launch plans to align with regional buying behaviors and local industry dynamics.</li> <li><strong>Bridging Global &amp; Regional Teams:</strong> Serving as the strategic liaison between global and regional teams, ensuring regional market feedback directly shapes product roadmaps and global messaging.</li> <li><strong>Tailoring High-Impact Collateral:</strong> Refining customer-facing narratives, campaign assets, and enablement tools to drive pipeline velocity across EMEA.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <p>Regional Go-to-Market Execution</p> <ul> <li>Support product launches and GTM strategies across EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional needs.</li> <li>Localise global marketing campaigns for key and emerging EMEA markets.</li> <li>Optimise product messaging and positioning for diverse audiences.</li> </ul> <p>Sales Enablement</p> <ul> <li>Adapt global sales content for EMEA, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.</li> <li>Equip sales and partners with the right messaging, competitive insights, and use cases.</li> <li>Gather regional feedback to refine positioning and enablement strategies.</li> </ul> <p>Content &amp; Messaging</p> <ul> <li>Tailor product messaging to resonate with EMEA customers while maintaining global consistency.</li> <li>Work with content teams to adapt marketing assets (case studies, blogs, web pages) for the region.</li> </ul> <p>Market Insights &amp; Competitive Intelligence</p> <ul> <li>Conduct research on customer trends, industry shifts, and regulatory considerations in EMEA.</li> <li>Analyse competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.</li> <li>Share insights with global and regional teams to inform strategy.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What You Bring</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years hands-on experience</strong> in Product Marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or cloud security solutions.</li> <li><strong>Proven PMM Toolkit:</strong> Demonstrated track record of owning product messaging frameworks, tier-based launch plans, buyer persona creation, and competitive battlecards from end to end.</li> <li><strong>Communication Excellence:</strong> Strong written and verbal storytelling skills, with experience of clear, concise product messaging for complex technical products. Written and verbal communication required in German and English</li> <li><strong>Market Knowledge: </strong>Experience launching solutions to the EMEA region.
